Delivery Hero has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2017 and is part of the MDAX stock market index.Job DescriptionYOUR MISSIONOwn the end-to-end strategy to detect, prioritize, and resolve assortment data quality issues across a catalogue of +10 million products, leveraging AI-powered tooling and automation to ensure that what millions of users see every day on Glovo is accurate, consistent, and complete, at speed and scale.THE JOURNEYYou will be the operational and strategic backbone of our Assortment and Content Quality team, working at the intersection of data, operations, product, and intelligent automation. Specifically, you will:Strategy & PrioritizationDefine the logic for prioritizing fixes across 10M products, balancing error severity, business impact (GMV, visibility), and market coverageDesign the error classification framework: Title mismatches, Image mismatches, and Catalogue Override conflicts each have distinct root causes and resolution pathsTransform one-off data script outputs into a recurring quality dashboard that tracks PIM health over time, not just point-in-time snapshotsOperational Process Design & AutomationBuild and document the end-to-end resolution workflow: defining which issues are resolved autonomously by AI/automation, which agents handle, which escalate, and which require Product or Data Hub interventionIdentify and drive automation opportunities across repetitive, rule-based quality tasks, reducing manual effort while maintaining accuracy at scaleDefine SLAs, quality standards, and productivity metrics for the agents teamCross-functional CollaborationPartner daily with Data Engineering to refine AI-driven error detection logic, reduce false positives in automated pipelines, and improve comparison scripts across +10M SKUs and +20 languagesInfluence Product and Data Hub teams to fix root causes systemically, not just patch symptoms manually, and drive roadmap prioritization with data-backed business casesCoordinate with Local Market Teams on language accuracy, regional catalogue standards, and market-specific quality requirementsReporting & VisibilityOwn the quality reporting cadence for leadership, translating error volumes into business impact (e.g. "X% of wrong-image products are in the top 1,000 SKUs by GMV")Track resolution velocity, fix accuracy, and error recurrence rates over timeProactively identify systemic patterns and escalate for permanent resolution, working toward a clean, self-healing PIM environment QualificationsMust Haves3–5 years of experience in operations, program/project management, or quality programs in a tech or e-commerce environmentStrong analytical skills: able to read and interpret large-scale data outputs, build prioritization logic, and extract business insights, without necessarily writing codeProven track record designing operational processes and documentation (playbooks, SOPs, escalation workflows) for non-expert teamsExperience influencing cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Data, Engineering, local teams) without direct authorityStructured problem-solver: able to decompose ambiguous, large-scale problems into clear workstreams with measurable milestonesFluent in English (written and spoken);Background in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or similar fields is valuedNice to HavesFamiliarity with PIM systems, catalogue management, or e-commerce data qualityExperience coordinating operational agent teamsExposure to data tools: SQL basics, BI dashboards (Looker, Tableau, BigQuery)Background in marketplace, grocery, retail or multi-vertical platform...
