Accountabilities:

    • Partner with Product Managers, Business Strategy, Sales, and customers to gather, evaluate, and prioritize requirements, translating them into clear and actionable product roadmaps.
    • Lead discovery and research activities with design, engineering, and customers to validate needs and define improvement opportunities for infrastructure design tools.
    • Manage and refine the product backlog in collaboration with agile scrum teams, including user stories, defect prioritization, and delivery tracking.
    • Coordinate with adjacent product and platform teams to ensure roadmap alignment, consistency, and integration across broader ecosystem capabilities.
    • Support product launches and adoption activities by working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Delivery teams.
    • Contribute to both strategic vision development and hands-on execution, ensuring alignment between customer outcomes and technical delivery.
    • Requirements:

      • 5+ years of experience in civil engineering design, ideally in roads, highways, rail, or land development production environments.
      • Hands-on experience with Autodesk Civil 3D is required, along with familiarity with civil infrastructure design workflows.
      • Strong understanding of AECO industry practices, with exposure to additional design tools such as AutoCAD or similar non-Autodesk platforms.
      • Ability to interpret analytics, balance multiple inputs, and contribute to roadmap prioritization and product decision-making.
      • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical users, engineers, and business stakeholders.
      • Experience or interest in platform architecture, cloud solutions, or industry standards such as IFC 4.3 or ISO 19650 is an asset.
      • Collaborative, outcome-driven mindset with strong curiosity, adaptability, and stakeholder management skills.
