Accountabilities:
- Partner with HR leadership to support managers and leaders across assigned business functions.
- Assist with performance management processes, talent reviews, calibration sessions, and employee conversations.
- Support organizational design initiatives, workforce planning activities, and change management efforts.
- Help drive employee engagement initiatives, including survey administration, feedback analysis, and action planning.
- Identify employee experience trends through listening programs such as focus groups, pulse surveys, and feedback sessions.
- Partner with managers to create meaningful team improvement plans based on employee insights.
- Support talent programs including career development, succession planning, promotions, and employee growth initiatives.
- Develop and maintain resources, toolkits, and frameworks that help managers address people-related challenges.
- Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations, coaching plans, and performance improvement processes.
- Analyze people data related to engagement, retention, performance, and organizational health to provide actionable recommendations.
- Prepare leadership presentations, reports, and executive-ready summaries to support decision-making.
- 3–6+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, Talent Management, Employee Experience, or an HR Business Partner-related role.
- Experience partnering with managers on employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into insights.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience supporting organizational development or workforce planning initiatives.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with employees and leaders at different levels.
- Experience working in a high-growth technology company is preferred.
- Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive employee information.
- Competitive base salary range of approximately $109,000–$125,000 for U.S.-based employees, depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
