Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Charge RN, you will contribute to the fulfillment of the CHI Health Mission and Vision by implementing and maintaining programs, adhering to policies, and upholding patient care delivery standards within your assigned department, all while serving as a nursing clinical subject matter expert. Every day you will lead the delivery of patient care services on your shift, ensuring patient-centered care needs are consistently met and that care remains both high-quality and cost-effective.
