Patient Experience Coordinator
Overview
The Patient Experience Coordinator supports the implementation and coordination of patient experience initiatives acrossambulatory practices. This position serves as an operational resource for patient experience programs, onboarding andeducational activities, recognition initiatives, survey administration, data reporting, and departmental communications. The coordinator collaborates with clinical and operational teams to support service excellence efforts and enhance patientexperience across the organization.
Responsibilities
Patient Experience Program Coordination: Coordinatespatient experience initiatives, projects, and resources acrossambulatory practices. Tracks deliverables, facilitatescommunication, and supports implementation of departmentalprograms and initiatives.
Onboarding and Education Support: Supports patientexperience onboarding and educational activities foremployees, providers, and leaders. Coordinates traininglogistics, presents patient experience information duringorientation programs, and maintains educational materialsand resources.
Data, Reporting, and Technology Support: Assists with datacollection, report preparation, dashboard maintenance, useraccess management, and support of patient experiencetechnology platforms. Monitors routine patient experiencemetrics and escalates trends, concerns, or opportunities forleadership review.
Recognition, Events, and Communications: Coordinatesrecognition programs, engagement activities, events, andcommunications that support patient experience initiativesand organizational culture.
Administrative and Operational Support: Providesadministrative support through meeting coordination, agendapreparation, documentation, action-item tracking, andmanagement of departmental resources andcommunications.
Qualifications
ExperienceRequirements
2-4 years of experience in healthcare operations, patient experience, customer service, training,education, project coordination, or a related field required.Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint,Word, and Teams.
Preferred Qualifications :
1-3 years' experience in a hospital or healthcare system, preferably in an ambulatory settingExperience supporting survey platforms, reporting tools, learning management systems, or engagement programs.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or arelated field required; 3-5 years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of bachelor'sdegree requirement
