Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary Head of Paid Media to own strategy, execution, and scaling of performance marketing engines. This is a high-impact leadership role designed for a data-driven expert who thrives on conversion optimization and profitable growth. As the primary architect of paid strategy, you will bridge the gap between creative excellence and analytical rigor, ensuring every dollar spent translates into measurable business success. Key Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a comprehensive paid media strategy across search, social, display, and emerging channels.
- Manage and optimize significant monthly budgets, ensuring maximum ROI and efficient CAC.
- Lead the testing roadmap for creative, copy, and landing pages to continuously improve conversion rates.
- Analyze complex data sets to extract actionable insights and report on key performance indicators to executive leadership.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing assets that resonate with our target personas.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and privacy changes to keep the team at the forefront of digital marketing.
- Oversee the technical setup of tracking, attribution models, and pixel management to ensure data integrity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of scaling paid accounts successfully.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar BI tools.
- Direct experience managing six or seven-figure monthly media spends.
- Exceptional understanding of direct-response marketing principles and funnel architecture.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic narratives.
- Experience with TikTok Ads, Pinterest, or programmatic platforms.
- Background in high-growth B2B SaaS or D2C high-ticket industries.
- Hands-on experience with SQL or advanced data modeling.
- Previous experience leading a small team of media buyers or agencies.
