Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. Responsibilities: Providing comprehensive patient care: Utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to ensure holistic care, including physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. This involves developing individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team.Continuous learning and professional development: Maintaining current nursing knowledge, participating in ongoing education, and educating patients.Effective delegation and supervision: Appropriately delegating tasks to unlicensed assistive personnel (UAPs), providing clear direction, support, and monitoring to ensure safe and reliable patient care.Strong communication and teamwork: Communicating effectively with patients, families (especially during stressful times), and colleagues, and contributing positively to the work environment.Self-reflection and accountability: Regularly evaluating one's own practice against professional standards, seeking feedback, and participating in peer review processes.**We are offering a $20,000 sign-on incentive to new hires who meet eligibility requirements**
Job Requirements
Required:Graduation from an accredited nursing programActive North Dakota (ND) Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North DakotaBasic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart AssociationWilling to obtain PALS/ACLS/TNCC Preferred:Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)ER experience
