Business Development Director
Role responsibilities
The Business Development Director will identify, qualify, shape, negotiate, and close new business opportunities while partnering with engineering and program management teams to grow existing accounts. They will also spearhead proposals and maintain awareness of acquisition pathways and upcoming solicitations.
Requirements
Candidates should have 5-10 years of business development experience, ideally in defense technology with the U.S. Department of War. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential, along with a demonstrated knowledge of maritime customers.
