Accountabilities:
- Own the strategy and execution of executive engagement for the CRO, ensuring external interactions with users, partners, and enterprise stakeholders are purposeful and high-impact.
- Develop and maintain a structured view of strategic customer relationships, including tracking engagement history, commitments, and relationship coverage across executive stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end preparation for executive meetings by synthesizing account context, competitive dynamics, objectives, and stakeholder insights into high-quality briefing materials.
- Design scalable executive engagement programs, including frameworks, operating models, and governance structures that enable consistent deployment of senior leadership across key accounts.
- Partner with GTM and field teams to ensure executive involvement is effectively sequenced into strategic deals, customer relationships, and key commercial moments.
- Identify gaps in executive relationship coverage and proactively strengthen multi-threaded engagement across critical enterprise accounts.
- Build reusable playbooks and standards that elevate executive engagement capabilities across the broader GTM organization.
- 6+ years of experience in roles such as chief of staff, executive engagement, strategic programs, management consulting, sales, or similar disciplines with exposure to C-suite stakeholders.
- Strong executive-level writing and communication skills, with the ability to produce precise, structured, and high-impact briefing materials.
- Proven ability to design and scale programs, operating cadences, or frameworks in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Experience working closely with senior leaders and influencing outcomes without formal authority.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare executives for high-stakes meetings and engagements with enterprise customers or partners.
- Strong business judgment, stakeholder management skills, and comfort navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
- High executive presence, with the ability to represent leadership effectively in both internal and external settings.
- Preferred: experience in executive advisory, strategic GTM programs, or enterprise sales environments within high-growth technology companies.
- Preferred: familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven relationship tracking.
- Preferred: exposure to consulting or investment banking environments with strong client-facing responsibilities.
