As a Director of Operational Excellence (m/f/d) here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the implementation of Honeywell Manufacturing Excellence (HMX) across multiple business units. You will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement. As a strategic leader, you will collaborate with senior leaders to identify improvement opportunities and develop a strategic roadmap for HOS aligned with business goals.   • Strategize and oversee the success of the implementation of Honeywell Manufacturing Excellence (HMX) across the business
  • Work with the individual sites to Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for HMX, aligning it with business goals and objectives
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to HMX Senior Managers and teams in implementing Lean methodologies and tools
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HMX site assessments initiatives, making recommendations for enhancements
  • Prepare monthly updates with sites and Senior management aligned with deliverables for each of the sites under scope of responsibilities.
  • Participate in operational improvements as needed within the sites under scope of responsibilities to include productivity improvements tied to continuous improvement.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Extensive experience and mastery in implementing and driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Extensive experience in proven leadership of managers and individual contributors
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Ability to clearly and concisely communicate at all levels of the organization.
