The successful candidate will be comfortable working in the fast-paced, high-pressure environment of the Operating Room, providing hands-on technical and clinical support during procedures while also contributing to long-term business growth. This position requires strong clinical understanding, excellent communication and training capabilities, and the ability to identify opportunities to develop new accounts and increase therapy adoption across the territory.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Clinical and Surgical Procedure Support

  • Ensure the safe, effective, and optimal use of Medtronic technologies in live case environments.
  • Act as the first point of contact for technical and clinical troubleshooting before, during, and after procedures.
  • Resolve equipment and product-related issues quickly and effectively to minimize disruption to patient care.
  • Maintain a high level of product expertise across the relevant surgical portfolio, including device functionality, clinical evidence, and recommended settings.
  • Support customers in understanding best practices for product use and procedural efficiency.

Therapy and Market Development

  • Identify barriers to therapy adoption within hospitals and develop strategies to support successful implementation and broader clinical use.
  • Analyze local market dynamics, account potential, and clinical trends to identify untapped growth opportunities.
  • Support the development of new accounts and contribute to building referral pathways within the territory.
  • Partner closely with sales and marketing teams to align clinical activities with regional commercial priorities and launch strategies.
  • Contribute to the expansion of Medtronic’s presence within target hospitals by helping position the company as a trusted clinical partner.
  • Provide market feedback and customer insights to support territory planning and business development.

Medical Education and Training

  • Plan, organize, and deliver educational programs for Healthcare Professionals, including surgeons, nurses, and hospital technicians.
  • Conduct workshops, in-service sessions, product demonstrations, and hands-on simulation training.
  • Adapt training content to different audiences to ensure clinical and technical concepts are communicated clearly and effectively.
  • Identify and build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to support peer-to-peer education and clinical exchange.
  • Support the development of clinical champions and local advocacy for therapy adoption.
  • Ensure training activities are delivered to a high professional standard and aligned with business and compliance requirements.
  • Develop strategic reference accounts to support future business expansion and market credibility.
  • Monitor market dynamics, customer needs, competitive activity, and emerging trends to inform commercial strategy.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Proven ability to provide technical and clinical support during live procedures.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented in high-pressure situations.
  • Solid understanding of surgical workflows, hospital environments, and the needs of clinical stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and training skills, with the ability to explain complex clinical and technical topics in a clear and engaging way.
  • Ability to connect clinical support and education activities to broader business objectives, including market growth and therapy adoption.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and clinical teams is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in Polish and professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
