Accountabilities:
- ocesses, including investigation, resolution, escalation, and implementation of long-term solutions.
- Lead operational readiness efforts for new product launches, including requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, playbook creation, implementation planning, and post-launch stabilization.
- Partner with Product, Risk, Compliance, Accounting, and Engineering teams to design scalable processes, controls, and reporting frameworks.
- Develop and maintain monitoring and exception reporting structures, including servicOwn exception management across cash, positions, trades, and margin pre-level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and escalation procedures.
- Conduct root cause analysis and post-incident reviews to identify improvements and strengthen operational processes.
- Identify opportunities for automation, tooling improvements, and workflow enhancements to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.
- Support back-office operations related to derivatives products, including trade flow management, position management, margin monitoring, regulatory reporting, and business analytics.
- Contribute to operational improvements that enhance reliability, scalability, and compliance within financial markets infrastructure.
- Apply responsible use of generative AI tools with appropriate human oversight to improve workflows, efficiency, and output quality.
- 5+ years of experience in financial services, fintech operations, broker-dealer operations, or listed derivatives environments.
- Strong experience with trade operations, margin processes, exception management, and operational risk controls.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize issues, investigate complex exceptions, and determine appropriate escalation paths.
- Experience supporting product launches and operational readiness initiatives, including testing, documentation, implementation planning, and go-live support.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Risk, and Compliance.
- Working knowledge of listed derivatives products and financial markets operations.
- Interest in blockchain, cryptocurrency markets, and emerging financial technologies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Competitive annual base salary range of $130,900 – $154,000, depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
