Job Responsibilities

  • Own and directly drive end-to-end production of the daily Tradeweb-FTSE benchmark prices and Ai pricing feeds, holding ultimate accountability for their accuracy, timeliness, and resiliency.
  • Manage a team of 2-4 associate/junior product managers while retaining ownership of the products, methodologies, and output.
  • Set priorities for the team and review their work product, stepping in directly on complex production issues, methodology questions, and client and partner escalations.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for production issues, leading resolution efforts in coordination with technology, quantitative research, and operations teams.
  • Partner with quantitative research and internal product teams across rates and credit to define, build, and commercialize new benchmark, Ai pricing, and other data feed and analytics offerings.
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap for benchmark and Ai pricing solutions, translating client and market needs into clear requirements for technology and quantitative research partners.
  • Provide technical sales and client support for existing and new solutions, explaining calculation methodologies and resolving client questions before and after implementation.
  • Partner with the Sales team to identify, develop, and close new client relationships for benchmark and Ai pricing solutions and additional data offerings.
  • Oversee quality control and governance processes for daily benchmark production in line with regulatory and administrator requirements.
  • Present production status, roadmap updates, and new product proposals to internal stakeholders and senior management.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in fixed income market data, benchmark administration, index/pricing production, or quantitative pricing.
  • Prior experience managing, mentoring, or leading a team.
  • Strong understanding of bond math, fixed income pricing methodologies, and benchmark/index administration.
