Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.
ABOUT THE TEAM:
CorpTech Platform is the internal engineering force multiplier behind Anduril's corporate systems.
It drives CorpTech engineering forward through strategic investment in data platforms, software platforms, QA and release excellence, ERP engineering, and AI infrastructure.
We build the foundations that power both CorpOS, enabling Finance and Growth to operate with speed and precision, and ArsenalOS, the digital backbone of Anduril's hardware enterprise. By unifying systems, accelerating development velocity, and embedding intelligence into every layer, CorpTech Platform transforms how the company operates end to end.
We are also driving Anduril toward becoming an autonomous enterprise. Through initiatives like the Autonomous Software Factory, we are rethinking how software is built, tested, deployed, and evolved by integrating AI directly into the engineering lifecycle. CorpTech Platform is how Anduril scales its business systems with the same rigor, speed, and adaptability as its mission critical products.
ABOUT THE JOB:
ERP is central to how Anduril's business runs for both ArsenalOS and CorpOS. Finance and accounting run the general ledger, payables, receivables, fixed assets, and cost management on Oracle Cloud Financials. Manufacturing and production run inventory, manufacturing, procurement, and order management on Oracle Cloud SCM and Manufacturing. As a Senior Manager on the ERP Solutions team, you are responsible for leading both: a functional team that owns configuration, business process design, and requirements; and a technical team owns integrations, extensions, reporting, and data. You are held accountable to ensuring that ERP and the ecosystem surrounding it serve
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead both the functional and technical teams accountable for ensuring Oracle Cloud ERP meets the needs of finance, accounting, manufacturing, production, and supply chain.
- Set and drive a unified roadmap across configuration, extensions, integrations, reporting, and operational improvements, converting competing priorities from two domains into a coherent execution plan.
- Manage, coach, and develop functional consultants and technical engineers, including goal setting, performance management, hiring, and succession planning across both disciplines.
- Partner closely with finance, accounting, manufacturing, production, and downstream stakeholders to align on priorities, trade-offs, and delivery commitments on the shared platform.
- Establish and reinforce norms around requirements intake, design review, configuration and code review, testing, release management, and change governance for the ERP.
- Own our ERP core vendor relationship, including managing on-call for your team and Oracle-side support.
- Drive data integrity, reliability, and operational stability across the platform, including period close support, cost management accuracy, and production continuity.
- Own the boundary between configuration and custom development, ensuring the team extends the platform only where standard functionality genuinely falls short.
- Raise the bar on how the teams apply AI to their own work, including AI-assisted development, testing, and analysis of ERP configuration, integrations, and data.
- Communicate strategy, risks, trade-offs, and execution status clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional partners in both finance and manufacturing.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10+ years of experience in ERP or enterprise systems delivery, including at least 3 years managing functional and/or technical ERP teams.
- Demonstrated success leading delivery on a major cloud ERP platform, ideally Oracle Cloud ERP, spanning both functional configuration and technical development.
- Strong functional fluency across finance and accounting processes and manufacturing and production processes, with the ability to translate business needs into ERP solutions.
- Strong technical fluency in ERP integrations, extensions, reporting, data models, and release management, with the ability to engage credibly with engineers on architecture and execution trade-offs.
- Demonstrated ability to serve two or more business communities with competing priorities on a shared platform, balancing local speed against long-term platform health.
- Strong people leadership skills, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and development of functional and technical staff at varied career stages.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior engineers, executive leadership, and cross-functional partners.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled data.
- Travel to Orange County or other Anduril offices will be required on an as-needed basis.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Financials, Oracle Cloud SCM and Manufacturing, and Oracle Cloud EPM.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, Visual Builder, or other PaaS extension and integration tooling in an Oracle Cloud ERP landscape.
- Understand and have implemented SOX controls and SODs in compliance with government regulations.
- Experience implementing ERPs in the defense space, including handling DCAA and CAS requirements.
- Experience leading teams that combine functional consulting and technical engineering under a single charter.
- Familiarity with frontier AI tooling, AI coding assistants, and AI-enabled workflows applied to enterprise systems delivery.
- Experience in hyper growth startup-like environments, with demonstrated success balancing speed, ambiguity, and long-term health.
- Familiarity with adjacent enterprise systems and business process domains such as MES, WMS, CRM, or other finance and manufacturing systems.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
