Role responsibilities
Medical Laboratory Technicians provide information for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease by conducting medical laboratory tests and analyses. They prepare samples for examination and accurately interpret results to assist clinicians in treatment decisions.
Requirements
Candidates must have an Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technician from an accredited program and be registry eligible. Good communication skills and the ability to analyze and interpret data are essential.
