Accountabilities:

The Ecommerce Product Catalog & Research Analyst will be responsible for researching, creating, maintaining, and optimizing product information across digital marketplace platforms. The role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage large amounts of product data while keeping listings aligned with market updates and customer expectations.

• Conduct detailed research on newly released technology products using official brand websites and reliable industry sources.
• Create and manage product listings on eCommerce platforms, ensuring complete and accurate information, including manufacturer details, pricing, technical specifications, descriptions, and images.
• Maintain and update existing product catalogs to reflect new models, feature updates, and pricing changes.
• Perform regular catalog audits to identify missing information, inconsistencies, and data quality issues.
• Ensure product information follows marketplace standards and internal quality guidelines.
• Use AI-powered research tools and data extraction techniques to improve product discovery and validation processes.
• Monitor competitor websites and market trends to identify changes in product positioning and technology developments.
• Manage multiple catalog projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has experience working with eCommerce platforms, strong research capabilities, and an interest in technology products. They should be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing structured product data in a dynamic environment.

• Hands-on experience with Magento or similar eCommerce product management platforms.
• Strong research and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Familiarity with AI-based research tools, automation solutions, and data extraction methods.
• Good understanding of technology products, including IT hardware, software, cloud solutions, and emerging technologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
