Role Overview
Sodexo is seeking an experienced, hands-on Chef Manager to lead dining operations at Holy Child of Rosemont, a premier independent school on the Main Line in Bryn Mawr, PA. This is an exciting opportunity to build something special in a highly engaged school community that values quality, hospitality, and the overall student experience. We are looking for a culinary leader who can bring energy, creativity, and consistency to the dining program while partnering closely with school leadership.

What You'll Do
- Oversee all day-to-day dining operations, including food production and service execution
- Lead and develop a small team of 3–4 frontline employees
- Create fresh, appealing menus that resonate with students and staff
- Ensure food safety, quality, and consistency at all times
- Drive a culture of hospitality and strong client partnership
- Be present, engaged, and visible during service
