**Summary:**
Meta is seeking a Facility Support Lead to join our Data Center Facility Operations (FacOps) team. Our data centers serve as the foundation upon which our software operates to meet the demands of our customers. The Facility Support Lead oversees the business functions of the facility operations teams. The position's main functions are to provide vendor and supplier management, manage the campus facility operations' budget, liaise with partner teams, support business improvement processes and assessments, support compliance programs and implement business directives. This role serves as a campus leader by driving strong team collaboration and operational excellence and by assisting local leadership in monitoring and managing organizational health. The successful candidate will possess data center, corporate real-estate, or other critical infrastructure industry experience overseeing the management of third-party contracts and resources for maintenance and operations.
**Required Skills:**
Facility Support Lead Responsibilities:
1. Plan, develop, and administer the facility operating budget. Support, consult and advise campus facility team on matters of financial health
2. Provide vendor management support including budget execution, routine business reviews, contractor provisioning, financial and invoice management and ensuring work quality meets contractual and operational standards
3. Oversee a contracted technician workforce responsible for facility maintenance and ensuring safe operations within agreed upon SLAs. Provide oversight and direction for all duties assigned to contracted technician workforce
4. Provide property management oversight including, but not limited to, the quality delivery of data center campus housekeeping, furniture, landscaping and site maintenance services
5. Act as a liaison to culinary and micro-kitchen teams, including the start-up/establishment of new buildings and new locations
6. Report directly to the Data Center Campus Facility Manager (DCCFM) providing oversight and direction on support functions affecting physical infrastructure required throughout the campus
7. Support and advise the implementation of business and operational standards to ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and performance criteria
8. Liaise with external regulatory agencies, company insurance agents, and third-party consultants
9. Support partners and peers in cross-functional work and onboarding
10. Develop cross-functional relationships with all onsite teams to improve and enhance operations
11. Develop reports utilizing data and metrics for campus budgets, vendor management and organizational health for local leadership teams

12. 8+ years of experience working in large-scale facilities or critical infrastructure management

18. Proven time management, organization, and prioritization skills

**Public Compensation:**
$143,000/year to $198,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
