Accountabilities:
- Structure complex and ambiguous strategic challenges into clear frameworks and actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
- Build quantitative analyses, financial models, and business cases to evaluate opportunities and guide strategic decisions.
- Translate market trends, competitive intelligence, and industry insights into recommendations that strengthen product and go-to-market strategies.
- Develop a strong understanding of institutional finance, digital assets, and evolving market dynamics to inform business priorities.
- Design and execute experiments to validate hypotheses, measure impact, and drive improvements across institutional products.
- Own strategic initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition and analysis through recommendation and implementation.
- Improve operational processes, frameworks, and tools to increase team effectiveness and decision-making capabilities.
- Communicate insights clearly through executive presentations, written recommendations, and stakeholder discussions.
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, product strategy, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience owning strategic projects and delivering recommendations from analysis through execution.
- Strong quantitative modeling skills with experience building business cases that influence leadership decisions.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly through concise written materials and executive-level presentations.
- Familiarity with institutional finance, capital markets, financial technology, or digital asset markets.
- Experience using SQL, business intelligence tools such as Hex, Superset, or Looker, or crypto analytics platforms such as Dune Analytics and Etherscan is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to operate independently and manage ambiguity.
- Ability to use generative AI responsibly while maintaining human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, quality, and business outcomes.
- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to build strong relationships across product, sales, operations, and leadership teams.
- Competitive annual base salary range of approximately $148,835–$175,100 USD depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
