Role responsibilities
The Business Development Specialist is responsible for designing, managing, and executing the Business Development Department's strategies in the assigned area. This includes developing and promoting a strategic sales and marketing plan to achieve or exceed budgeted census goals.
Requirements
Candidates should have at least 3 years of Home Health experience and a thorough understanding of the Home Health and Long Term Care Market. A history of successful sales training and achieving admission goals is also required.
