Job Description:

Lab Technician (O&M)

Al Dhafrah Region, Abu Dhabi, UAE

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Lab Technician (O&M) for Parks and Roads O&M projects to join our team. You will provide laboratory and field testing support, monitor contractor activities, maintain project documentation, and assist in ensuring works are delivered in accordance with contract requirements and quality standards.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Perform and record laboratory tests, inspections, and quality control activities.

• Monitor contractor performance and support corrective actions where required.

• Maintain project documentation, reports, and CRM records.

• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and client representatives.

• Support O&M activities while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

• Minimum 6 years' experience in an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) environment, preferably on infrastructure or roads projects.

• Knowledge of construction supervision, testing, quality control and project documentation.

• Strong communication, analytical and technical writing skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a client-facing environment.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
