Accountabilities:
- Design reproducible software engineering environments and challenges to evaluate AI model performance.
- Develop high-quality reference solutions and expert-level code examples for complex programming tasks.
- Create technical contributions across programming languages including Python, Java, Rust, Go, C++, and TypeScript.
- Analyze, debug, and resolve complex software defects across diverse codebases.
- Design, implement, and validate scalable software features following industry best practices.
- Refactor legacy applications to improve maintainability, readability, and system performance.
- Identify optimization opportunities and improve software efficiency through performance analysis.
- Document technical approaches, implementation decisions, and solution methodologies to enhance AI training quality.
- Review and validate technical submissions to ensure correctness, clarity, and engineering excellence.
- Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams to continuously improve project quality and deliverables.
- Proven hands-on experience with at least one major programming language such as Python, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, object-oriented programming, and core software engineering principles.
- Experience debugging complex software systems and resolving production-level issues.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable software features throughout the development lifecycle.
- Strong background in code refactoring, application modernization, and performance optimization.
- Experience with software architecture, system design, distributed systems, or large-scale applications is highly valued.
- Familiarity with code reviews, engineering best practices, collaborative development workflows, and open-source contributions is a plus.
- Interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or AI-assisted software development is beneficial, though prior AI experience is not required.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage deliverables effectively in a fully remote environment.
- Competitive performance-based compensation ranging from $100 to $230 per hour depending on completed tasks and quality requirements.
