Duties & Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Participates in an Order Transfer Meeting (OTM) along with evaluates the PO commercially, discusses discrepancies, and highlight it in order acknowledgement. Develop project schedule in due consultation with stake holders involved in ( France , USA etc..). Lead the Project KOM identify the Key issues- Risk involved. Establish communication channel with stake holders.
- Execution: Co-ordinate with Engineering and Procurement team for documents approval. Work closely with Project Managers and utilize Sundyne standard documents and make appropriate modifications to accommodate the customer's specifications.
- Monitoring & Control: Conduct weekly Project Review meeting with all stakeholders. Submission of Monthly Progress reports to Customers. Identify the risk and based on its impact take the necessary actions. Look for the opportunity and convert the same in upselling / cost savings wherever possible. Highlight the key issue to management. Ensure project execution remains on track. Attend all Client meetings. PM to coordinate with client over Inspections and ensure receipts of all documents and compliances to proceed with shipment.
- Account Receivables: Remain active on all fronts for all Project receivables. Coordinate with Finance to the respective location for Invoicing and payment collections.
- Claim Management: Maintain trackers for all changes / Claims and ensure the impact being communicated timely to all stakeholders. PM is responsible for change orders may arise due to course of execution.

Education and Experience:
- Mechanical/ Chemical /Manufacturing Engineering or Similar
- 7-8 years relevant experience in similar industry
