Role responsibilities
As a Fixed Income Director, you will lead multiple teams of Fixed Income professionals and the Trade Support team. You will focus on client goals, team development, and collaboration with various departments to enhance client experience.
Requirements
Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years in sales and/or service leadership within financial services and possess active FINRA securities licenses. Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build and motivate teams are essential.
