This role is accountable for the overall development and execution of the country go-to-market strategy across One EMEA in Poland across Applications and Technology product portfolios. Ensuring strong business execution, market growth and operational coordination in the Polish market. The position is designed as a leadership role with significant scope, visibility, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Own the country sales performance in the different Industry verticals, ensuring strong pipeline generation, account coverage, deal progression, forecast discipline and quarterly business delivery.
Create an environment for every sales role to succeed, deliver their targets, meet growth responsibility & renew
Create an integrated country sales leadership team across Sales, Pre-Sales, Alliances, Business Development and supporting functions, creating one Oracle team around customer outcomes.
Act as the senior country representative and ambassador for Oracle with customers, partners, government bodies, industry associations, media, social partners, workers councils and the broader business community.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders, including CEOs, CIOs, CFOs, CHROs, COOs and business owners, helping shape transformation agendas across enterprise applications and cloud technology.
Lead country-level engagement with strategic clients, key accounts and priority industries, ensuring Oracle brings the right executive sponsorship, product expertise and industry relevance to each customer relationship.
Align country resources across Sales, Marketing, Demand Generation, Consulting, Customer Success, Support, Marketing, Finance, HR, Legal and Operations to improve customer experience, employee engagement and business outcomes.
Drive sustainable business growth through direct and partner-led sales motions, strengthening collaboration with system integrators, ISVs, cloud partners and the broader ecosystem in the country.
Build pipeline & progress sales stages to ensure predictable performance on current & future quarters
Manage organizational performance through clear objectives, transparent metrics, regular business reviews, talent development, succession planning and direct feedback.
Promote Oracle’s reputation in the country as a strategic partner, building confidence with customers, employees, partners and external stakeholders
Experience and Qualifications
Significant senior leadership experience in enterprise technology, software, cloud, or related B2B sales environments.
Proven experience leading complex businesses with responsibility for commercial outcomes, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement.
Strong knowledge of enterprise sales motions across both technology and applications portfolios.
Demonstrated ability to grow business in a country or multi-market environment through strategy, relationships, and execution.
Strong executive presence and the ability to build trust with customers, partners, and internal leadership.
Proven ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization and align multiple stakeholders behind a common agenda.
A broad and credible network in Poland’s business and technology landscape.
A track record of leading teams, coaching leaders, and building a culture of accountability and collaboration.

PL: Hiring Range in PLN from: 392,700 to 673,200 per annum.
