Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! Your core responsibilities ensure accurate record-keeping, efficient office administration, and compliance with company financial policies while supporting daily finance operations. As a Finance Administrator, you’re not just supporting the hotel’s financial operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

  • Perform essential administration functions:  Prepare and file financial documentation such as invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts. 
  • Address questions and disputes:  Research and respond to inquiries and partner with internal and external parties to resolve disputes promptly
  • Participate in financial reporting:  Assist with the production of monthly accounts, month-end responsibilities, and internal controls over financial data
  • Supporting role to other functions: Support Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and general ledger activities as required.
  • Assist with financial communication:  Report financial results and aid in understanding financial matters for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate for success:  Build and maintain cooperative relationships with other finance and across other departments.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:

  • University degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Attention to detail, good communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with system skills in Check SCM, SUN.
  • A professional accounting qualification would be advantageous.
