Onboarding & Training Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Implementation Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the implementation of our software solutions, ensuring a seamless transition and optimal utilisation of our products. 

Your expertise will play a crucial part in enhancing client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand all the functionality within the various systems that the team onboard, implement and/or support (Unity Practice Management, Unity Search, Unity Entity Management etc).
• Interviewing clients and their staff to understand their business and operational requirements.
• Analysing the information that clients currently use to perform their duties.
• Train clients on all the functionality within the various systems.
• Problem solving of client issues.
• Functional testing of software.
• Assisting with the onboarding process in terms of checking the data once completed by the migrations team and providing all initial training for the client.
• Servicing clients in terms of their requirements of the system.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Ideally from the legal industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and remain focused and organised.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Accounting knowledge and experience is an advantage.
• Understand all the functionality within the various systems.
• Previous training experience.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience in client-facing roles, with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Previous legal accounts and/or case management experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and best practices is advantageous.
