As Country Controller, you will serve as the key finance partner to our Thailand operations, helping shape how Lumilens scales manufacturing capability, drives cost discipline, and builds a resilient global supply chain. You will translate complex operational realities into clear financial insight, influence major investment decisions, and help leadership navigate growth with rigor and speed. For the right candidate, this is an opportunity to go well beyond traditional country finance, to play a visible role in building the financial and operational foundation of a next-generation deep-tech company.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn monthly close, balance sheet reconciliations, and management reporting for ThailandManage statutory reporting under TFRS, corporate tax, VAT, and Revenue Department filingsLiaise with external auditors and ensure clean audit outcomesExecute and continuously improve SOX controls at the Thailand entityPartner with local operations on cost controls, expense management, and working capitalManage payroll compliance, withholding tax, and local regulatory filingsCoordinate with Group Tax on transfer pricing and intercompany mattersDrive process standardization and automation across the local finance teamRequired QualificationsCPA (Thailand CPA, US CPA, ACCA, or equivalent)7-10 years of progressive finance and accounting experienceSOX experience — hands-on execution and documentationStrong Thai accounting standards, tax, and regulatory knowledgeEnglish language proficiency — written and verbalPreferred QualificationsTechnology / hardware / semiconductor / FMCG industry experienceManufacturing cost accounting exposureTrack record of building and developing finance teams and processes from scratch.US MNC experience — controller or senior finance leader inside a US-headquartered multinationalWhat We OfferA highly visible leadership role with the opportunity to shape financial and operational decisions in a fast-scaling, deep-tech manufacturing environment.The chance to work at the intersection of finance, operations, and advanced photonics technology—where your analysis directly influences investment, margin, and scale.Competitive compensation commensurate with experience, along with...
