Preferred qualifications: Master's degree or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or a related engineering field. 10 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or material handling, with 6 years in a management role. Experience with data analysis in quality, reliability, and manufacturing production. Familiarity with Free Trade Zone (FTZ) operations or international customs processes. Proven track record of modulating inventory controls (reorder points, safety stock) within a fast-paced, high-growth manufacturing environment. Ability to use data from the ERP to justify headcount, equipment, or space requirements as volume increases.
