Accountabilities:
- Lead project controls governance processes by managing intake requests, gathering business requirements, and preparing submissions for governance review.
- Act as the primary point of contact for governance-related inquiries, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
- Manage strategic initiatives from planning through delivery, maintaining project schedules, tracking milestones, and supporting organizational objectives.
- Maintain accurate updates within project tracking systems to provide visibility, reporting, and timely stakeholder communication.
- Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements related to project management systems, reporting capabilities, data analytics, and process improvements.
- Develop and maintain governance documentation, process maps, project workplans, and standardized templates to support consistent execution.
- Facilitate meetings with cross-functional stakeholders, driving consensus, decision-making, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with system administrators and development teams to support feature implementations, testing activities, and enhancements to project management platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- 6+ years of experience in project controls, telecommunications, continuous improvement, or a related field.
- Strong experience managing project governance, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven ability to gather business requirements, document processes, and improve operational workflows.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience facilitating stakeholder meetings and presenting recommendations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
