POSITION SUMMARY
Under direct supervision, it is responsible for the procurement of Indirect materials, equipment, services, etc., according to the requirements of the areas of the company, performs price negotiations and it delivers, evaluates providers of importance for the company
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and develop MRO suppliers to ensure optimal quality and delivery.
- Develop, maintain and foster strong MRO supplier relationships.
- Using problem solving tools (5W, A3, VSM, Kaizen Etc.) to solve specific problems related to MRO supplier deliveries and cost.
- Ensure system key parameters are maintained (price, lead times, MOQ, primary supplier) to improve MRO supplier.
- Conduct MRO supplier visit as required and participate on the qualification of quality system audits.
- Make sure invoices on hold are fixed and work on root causes to prevent recurrence
QUALIFICATIONS
- +5 years experience
- Bachelor Degree
- Bilingual. 90%
- Microsoft Office
