Accountabilities:
- Lead the go-to-market strategy for the casino product in Canada, including Ontario and other regulated provinces
- Own commercial performance across revenue, player retention, engagement, and overall customer lifetime value
- Localise the casino experience for Canadian players, including game portfolio, UX, promotions, and player journeys
- Analyse key performance indicators such as GGR, NGR, ARPU, retention, and LTV to guide strategic and operational decisions
- Manage and develop relationships with game providers, aggregators, and external commercial partners
- Design and optimise promotional, bonusing, and loyalty strategies to drive acquisition and retention
- Ensure full compliance with Canadian gaming regulations, including AGCO and iGaming Ontario requirements
- Collaborate closely with product, CRM, marketing, compliance, and data teams to enhance overall player experience
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
- Continuously optimise casino performance through data-driven experimentation and iteration
- Proven experience in iGaming, online casino operations, or regulated gaming environments
- Strong understanding of the Canadian gaming market, particularly Ontario and AGCO/iGO regulatory frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to drive commercial growth through casino strategy, promotions, and player engagement initiatives
- Strong analytical mindset with experience working with casino KPIs and player behavioural data
- Deep understanding of casino platforms, game providers, bonusing systems, and lifecycle management tools
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational execution in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience working with product, marketing, CRM, and data teams in a performance-driven environment
