Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Associate Software Developer to join our pipeline team.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python and Golang
Write clean, efficient, and testable code with proper documentation and unit testing
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using modern DevOps
practices
Work with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) to build, deploy, and manage microservices
Collaborate with team members, QA, and product managers to deliver high-quality features
Monitor and optimize PostgreSQL database queries and schema design
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning
Apply test-driven development (TDD) principles in day-to-day work
Demonstrate a strong ability to write original code to solve complex problems without reliance on AI-generated solutions
Contribute in an agile and fast-paced development environment with a strong sense of ownership
Embrace cloud-native development practices with security fundamentals in mind
Required Qualifications
1–3 years of hands-on experience in backend development using Python and Go
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and service-oriented architecture
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions
Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
Basic understanding of cloud-native application development and deployment
Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
Team player with a high sense of ownership and urgency
Outcome-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills
Understanding of software security fundamentals
Nice to Have
Exposure to monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana stack)
Experience with security or endpoint data pipelines is a plus
Understanding of message queues (e.g., Kafka, SQS)
Experience with React
