Operations & AI Intern
We're hiring a sharp, ambitious intern to work alongside our top management in our Tashkent office. This is not a quiet desk job. You'll help run the day-to-day of a company serving US-based clients, and along the way you'll learn how American companies operate, how startups scale, how hiring works, and how AI is reshaping all of it. We want someone hungry, vocal, and fast, the kind of person who spots what needs doing and does it before being asked. If you're early in your career but you tinker, organize, and can't sit still when something's broken, keep reading.

Our Culture & Values (read before applying)
We move fast. We take ownership. We work with AI, not against it. And we expect everyone to bring ideas, not wait for instructions.
There are no daily checklists, no micromanagement, and no corporate politics. Instead, you'll have autonomy, trust, and a team that's always ready to help you grow. At Bolder Apps, impact matters more than titles, and curiosity matters more than seniority.
If you want a place where you can level up fast and actually see your work making a difference - welcome aboard.
Responsibilities
- Keep the office and daily operations running smoothly so the team can focus on the work
- Support top management across core operational tasks: scheduling, coordination, follow-ups, and keeping things from falling through the cracks
- Handle HR documentation and paperwork, and help run parts of the hiring process as you grow into it
- Learn and use the software tools we run the company on, then help the team use them better (we use a lot of AI automations and workflows)
- Communicate with US-based colleagues and partners in clear, professional English
- Take on research tasks as they come up: product research, market research, whatever the team needs dug into
- Take ownership of small projects end to end, and flag problems early instead of sitting on them
Requirements
- Fluent, professional English, written and spoken. You can jump on a call with a US client and hold your own.
- Sharp and fast-learning. You pick up new tools and processes quickly, and you don't need the same thing explained twice.
- High agency. You see what needs doing and do it. You'd rather ask forgiveness than wait for permission on the small stuff.
- Vocal and idea-driven. You speak up, push back when something doesn't make sense, and bring proposals, not just problems.
- Organized by instinct. You put things in order, you finish what you start, and a mess bothers you enough to fix it.
- Technical mindset. You tinker. You already play with AI tools like Claude and Gemini, you're quick to try new software, and you're the kind of person people ask when their tech isn't working.
- Hungry to grow. You want to understand how the company actually works, and you're willing to put in the hours to get there.
Benefits
- $300 to $500 per month depending on experience, with clear room to grow as you take on more
- A front-row seat to how US-based startups and companies operate, and direct exposure to top management
- Hands-on learning across operations, HR, hiring, AI, and product, far beyond a typical admin role
- Real ownership. We don't micromanage. You'll be trusted with meaningful work early.
- A team that invests in your growth and a clear path to take on bigger responsibilities fast
- In-office role in Tashkent, working shoulder to shoulder with the people who run the company
