Accountabilities:

    • Design, develop, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business and technical requirements to ensure complete test coverage.
    • Execute functional, regression, and integration testing to validate application behavior and ensure software quality before release.
    • Identify, document, and track defects clearly, collaborating closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
    • Validate implemented features across different environments and ensure alignment with defined functional and quality standards.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, UI/UX Designers, and Project Managers throughout the SDLC.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and support the adoption of test automation practices where applicable.
    • Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
      • 3+ years of experience in software testing, QA engineering, or a similar quality assurance role.
      • Strong hands-on experience in creating test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for complex applications.
      • Proven experience performing functional, regression, and integration testing in production-like environments.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and structured thinking.
      • Ability to clearly identify, document, and communicate software defects to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
      • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience working in collaborative environments.
      • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, test automation tools, and Azure DevOps is a plus.
