What you'll do here:
As a Sales Executive at Cengage, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission forward in Seoul, South Korea! This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of a team that is passionate about transforming education and making a meaningful impact on learners' lives. You will:
- Develop and complete strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious targets
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Identify and seize new business opportunities in the education sector
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class solutions
- Analyze market trends and competitors to determine the most effective sales strategies
- Provide outstanding support to clients, ensuring their needs are met flawlessly
Skills you will need here:
To succeed in this role, you'll need a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the education market. We are looking for someone who is:
- Exceptionally skilled in building and nurturing client relationships
- A strong communicator with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
- Highly motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Adept at analyzing market data and adapting strategies accordingly
- Collaborative and able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Proficient in both Korean and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
