We are looking for a Global Road Logistics Implementation Expert at our location in Hamburg HafenCity!
How you create impact
- Customer growth — Optimize onboarding and implement new strategic business for key customers
- Project implementation — Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects from requirements to operational handover
- European coordination — Plan and execute European road logistics projects with internal and external stakeholders
- Stakeholder alignment — Communicate and coordinate effectively with carriers, partners, and customers to find solutions
- Process integration — Support process integration, ensure tool readiness, and provide training for smooth adoption
- Implementation success — Ensure delivery of project scope, maintain client satisfaction, manage team performance

- Strong skills in leading end‑to‑end implementation projects across regions
- Effective communication with carriers, partners, internal teams, and customers
- Experience in Road Logistics is an Advantage
- Very good English skills required - German is a plus
