Accountabilities
- Contribute to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of healthcare analytics and Natural Language Technology (NLT)-based applications.
- Design and implement software solutions under the guidance of senior engineers, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Learn and apply new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to solve complex data and analytics problems.
- Participate in peer code reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to engineering standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define clear system requirements and ensure accurate implementation.
- Document application specifications, design decisions, and system functionality prior to production releases.
- Support ongoing improvements to system performance, usability, and maintainability across the platform.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of professional experience in software engineering or related internships/projects.
- Basic understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and scalable application development.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven remote environment.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and contribute to innovative healthcare analytics solutions.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $77,000 to $97,000, based on experience and qualifications.
