You will be part of our Project Logistics team, adding your expertise to the delivery of customer + operations. 

How you create impact

The Operation Manager is responsible for the end-to-end execution of all project logistics and heavy-lift shipments within and out of Japan, acting as the primary technical gatekeeper for global network inquiries, and focusing on Vendor Management and Cost Control.

• This role leads the operational team to ensure high-quality service delivery, strict cost management, operational excellence and maximized profitability through strategic procurement and rigorous onsite supervision.
• The operation manager leads professional development of staff while enabling the General Manager to focus on strategic business expansion.
