Program Management Program Director
Role responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of one to four programs in a community, including the organization and implementation of direct supports and health care. Ensure services are consistent, engaging, and relevant to the individuals served while managing program staff and their performance.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree and two to three years of related experience in the Human Services Industry are preferred. Candidates must have a current driver's license, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
