Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will develop core technology sales capabilities while supporting IBM sales teams and engaging with clients. You will learn modern selling techniques, build pipeline, and collaborate with technical specialists and solution teams to help clients address business challenges with IBM technology.Support the sales cycle from early prospecting through qualified opportunitiesEngage with clients to understand business challenges and technology needs Contribute to client conversations and early solution positioningCollaborate with technical specialists, solution teams, and partners on opportunitiesBuild pipeline through outreach, lead follow up, and opportunity developmentParticipate in structured sales training, certifications, and skill developmentIn line with applicable pay transparency requirements, we are sharing the starting annual base pay (gross per year). This amount is the starting pay for the position, based on a full-time schedule over a full calendar year. The final offer may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, and experience, as permitted under applicable local law. This role offers a competitive, fixed base salary and eligibility to participate in an IBM Sales Incentive Plan. On Target Earnings (OTE) reflect total expected annual compensation at 100% target achievement and consist of base salary plus a performance based incentive, calculated as a percentage of reference salary.
