Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and interpret supply chain data using advanced business intelligence tools and techniques to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Design and implement data-driven solutions to support supply chain optimization, ensuring cost-effectiveness and operational excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, logistics, operations, and procurement, to align strategies and drive end-to-end supply chain efficiency.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide actionable insights for key stakeholders.
Utilize data management best practices to ensure data integrity and accuracy across complex datasets.
Troubleshoot and solve supply chain issues by employing innovative problem-solving approaches and leveraging data analytics.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of supply chain processes and systems to support future growth and scalability.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's or BS degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
4 or more years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, 3 or more years with a Master's degree, or zero years with a PhD.
Demonstrated proficiency in business data analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
Hands-on experience with data management and analysis in tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and optimization techniques.
Proven ability to develop and interpret complex data models.
Familiarity with business intelligence solutions and tools for driving decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a related field is a plus.
Experience in a global supply chain or manufacturing environment.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
Strong problem-solving mindset with a passion for addressing challenges in innovative ways.
Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in supply chain and data analytics.
