Our technology and innovation, partnerships and networks combine to deliver a unique set of products and services that help people, businesses and governments realize their greatest potential._ **Title and Summary** Manager, Business Development, Digital & R&C Overview • Business Development creates new opportunities at issuers/acquirers, merchants, businesses, and governments, leveraging Mastercard core products and services. • The team is seeking strong candidate who will develop new opportunities with merchants and issuers. Role • Develop Mastercard offers/services with domestic and offshore merchants for products and promotions • Provide customers service for Mastercard Loyalty Services, etc. All About You • Integrity, entrepreneurship, accountability, sense of urgency, and cross functional teamwork capability • A proven leader who takes a disciplined approach to deliver financials • Consultative sales skills to support high level interactions with customers • Strong understanding of financials, business plans and business cases • Exemplary verbal and written communications skills in Korean and English • Merchant offer development experience is preferred. • BA degree required **Corporate Security Responsibility** All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must: + Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices; + Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed; + Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and + Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
