As a Revenue Analyst, you’re not just analyzing data to help maximize hotel revenue – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Manage revenue data: Collect, enter, process, and maintain historical and statistical data to support hotel revenue management
- Generate and distribute reports: Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports using data management systems
- Analyze market trends: Evaluate demand, pricing, and market conditions to identify revenue opportunities
- Conduct competitive research: Perform and document shop calls to assess industry trends and competitor pricing
- Provide administrative and guest support: Assist with inquiries and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
