Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Coordinating the sales team and assisting with recruiting and training new hires.
- Providing product demonstrations to staff and clients, and taking the lead in resolving complaints.
- Analyzing sales team performance and scheduling.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets. (refer product to be responsibility).
- Analyse sales data and make necessary sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and providing customized logistics solutions.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and results to management.
- Integrate specialized knowledge and sales techniques for innovative and effective selling.
- Other tasks and projects as assigned by sales manager.
