By joining our teams, you will be at the heart of our values.We are looking for a Principal Technical Consultant who will have the ability to clearly communicate complex clinical, technical, and commercial value propositions to different stakeholders, while working independently to manage a broad territory. The role also requires a high degree of autonomy and readiness to travel extensively across Poland.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Lead greenfield market development for Digital Surgery solutions across Poland, including market mapping, account segmentation, and identification of high-potential opportunities.
- Define and execute strategic sales priorities across a nationwide territory, focusing resources on accounts with the strongest commercial potential.
- Manage the full sales cycle end to end, from initial customer engagement and solution presentation through product evaluation, commercial negotiation, and contract closure.
- Drive adoption of digital solutions within the Operating Room by educating customers on clinical, operational, and workflow benefits.
- Partner closely with surgical teams and hospital stakeholders to optimize perioperative workflows through technology-enabled solutions.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across hospitals, including clinicians, hospital directors, C-level leaders, IT departments, procurement teams, and legal/compliance stakeholders.
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder hospital decision-making processes and align diverse functions around a common value proposition.
- Support and coordinate clinical product evaluations in the OR, ensuring an effective and professional customer experience throughout the assessment process.
- Position the company as a trusted partner in digital healthcare transformation, particularly within the surgical environment.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to support implementation planning, customer onboarding, and long-term account development.
- Address customer questions related to technical integration, data security, legal considerations, and compliance requirements in partnership with relevant internal experts.
- Maintain a robust and qualified sales pipeline, ensuring disciplined opportunity management and accurate forecasting.
- Develop strategic reference accounts to support future business expansion and market credibility.
- Monitor market dynamics, customer needs, competitive activity, and emerging trends to inform commercial strategy.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in MedTech, HealthTech, or healthcare IT.
- Proven track record in selling advanced medical technologies, ideally within the Operating Room environment, and/or enterprise software solutions for healthcare providers.
- Strong experience managing complex consultative sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and long decision cycles.
- Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with clinicians, including surgeons, heads of department, and other senior clinical leaders, using language grounded in clinical value, patient outcomes, and operational impact with a strong understanding of hospital environments, structures, and purchasing processes.
- Ability to work confidently with hospital IT departments and discuss topics such as hospital networks, system integration, HIS connectivity, cloud infrastructure, and data security.
- Knowledge of digital health implementation challenges and the technical considerations associated with streaming and storing surgical data.
- Experience navigating legal, compliance, and public procurement requirements related to innovative healthcare technologies.
- Working knowledge of GDPR, cybersecurity considerations, and intellectual property matters relevant to digital surgical solutions and video recording technologies.
- Valid driving license required.
