A day in the life
Your primary focus is ensuring our grocery suppliers have a great experience partnering with us. You might start the day drafting the quarterly vendor newsletter or coordinating communications that keep suppliers informed on upcoming changes and opportunities. From there, you'll shift to protecting customers — analysing concessions data to identify abuse trends and driving initiatives that reduce losses while staying compliant. You'll also lead our peak event programme, bringing cross-functional teams together to ensure seamless delivery during key trading moments. You'll work closely with operations, finance, and category teams — no two days look the same.
- Experience defining and executing program requirements
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience in program or project management
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
