We are seeking a creative and talented Digital Product Manager who will work across multiple teams to design, plan, implement, & continuously improve the end-to-end purchasing experiences that our customers encounter, solving current pain points and creating user journeys that our customers will love. This includes identifying and executing on both immediate and long-term improvements affecting different areas of the purchase experience through NPS review, competitive analysis, reviewing of current purchase journey, and monitoring upcoming trends. The Digital Product Manager will be responsible for driving the development of payment-related improvements and other digital products to market success. They will oversee the entire lifecycle of these digital products from inception to launch. They will also be responsible for the overall vision of the product(s) and managing the role out of this vision into a successful launch. They act as a mediator between the consumers, global PMO, and the technical teams, communicating consumer needs and translating those needs into new product features for the team to design and prioritizing order of execution. This role is an expert in identifying new opportunities, continuously improving, and delivering the optimal end-to-end customer journey from both a mobile app and eCommerce perspective.
Role and Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Align key business strategies with meaningful customer experience
- Alignment of digital and omni capabilities, working with design and technology teams to develop new customer journeys, experiences and engagement
- Develop roadmap, and own customer KPIs and ROI
- Create and manage the project schedule to launch the product from inception to launch
- Conduct impact analysis to ensure a smooth launch and that all impacted members are aligned and informed of the upcoming change
- Have clear understanding of all business processes & systems impacting the purchase process to support in impact analysis and requirements gathering (AEM, Hybris, NERP, etc.)
- Liaise between business and technical teams to ensure requirements and updates are clearly communicated on a regular basis
- Translate business requirements into system needs with support from development team
- Identify, monitor, and manage risks that may impact your target launch date
- Monitor and iterate digital products accordingly based on feedback; translate the feedback into a meaningful plan of action
- Build relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external), presenting product feature vision, recommendations and continuously strive for best user experience
- Advocate for customer loyalty, engagement and features; design mobile & UX/UI experiences that help customers achieve their goals
- Create scalable processes to continually monitor and optimize the customer experience
- Develop optimal customer experience on mobile app & eCommerce platform to maximize conversion
- Conduct extensive market research and create realistic user stories for service optimization
- To keep track of product optimization and development, create new features, fix any technical issues working with appropriate teams
- Ensure products are up to quality & accessibility standards, and monitor lifecycle of product to recognize when it’s time to update
- Work cross-functionally with customer success, operations, sales, marketing and other teams across the organization to identify, prioritize, design and deliver best-in-class purchase experiences
- User experience strategy and apply to real world
- Review NPS feedback to make immediate improvements to the purchase experience
- Lead development and analysis of eCommerce platform end-to-end customer journey, identifying key customer experience and gaps and pain points
- Collaborate with global mobile app & UX/UI teams to bring best practices to life that supports our local customers and overall business strategy
- Support on other design initiatives when the need arises

- Confirming functionality of features is performing as expected
- Monitoring and iterating features to continuously optimize
- Wireframes, proof-of-concept (POC), prototypes, mock-ups
Skills and Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field
Knowledge:
- Passion for leading-edge technology and ability to relate back to business solutions
- Creativity with respect to idea generation, problem solving and solution implementation
- Building wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes for collaboration and usability testing
- Ability to advocate for users first and effectively defend design choices/solutions
- Strong analytical, negotiating and prioritization management skills
- Passionate about building great products and solving customer and business problems
- Purpose and results-driven while being adaptable and flexible
- Strategic thinking/ business knowledge: natural business acumen
- Strong working knowledge of project and change management best practices, processes, and documentation
- Forward thinking with the ability to see the big picture
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of curiosity, urgency and results-oriented
- Strong MS office skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and proficiency
- Possess exceptional organizational and attention to detail; versatile in multi-tasking
- Highly developed communication & interpersonal skills, able to build relationships and interact comfortably with a wide range of levels in the organization: from senior executives to support staff within and outside of the company
- Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Demonstrated people management skills
- Must be a team player with ability to work closely in matrix, global and fast paced organization
- Autonomous and self-starter able to effectively self-manage priorities
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and use good judgment
- Ability to travel overseas
- Able to work extended hours and weekends when required
Experience:
- 5+ years’ of digital product management experience
- Experience launching new digital products and working with APIs
- Experience using SAP & Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Expertise in design thinking and human-centered design methodologies
- Experience designing business tools/applications, research and testing methodologies is an asset
- Medallia or other customer NPS systems, & Digital Accessibility best practices
The salary range for this role is expected to be between $93,000 to $128,000 and reflects base salary only. Actual pay will be determined based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, competencies, qualifications, relevant skills and experience.
