Accountabilities:

    • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of operational processes across the organization in collaboration with senior leadership.
    • Manage and mentor operations team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support on priorities and execution.
    • Act as a primary liaison between sales and program teams to ensure alignment, resolve operational issues, and streamline cross-functional workflows.
    • Own and optimize operational systems, tools, and infrastructure required for effective program delivery and organizational performance.
    • Support program execution directly when needed, including onboarding coordination, account setup, and operational implementation.
    • Lead operational projects involving tool implementation, workflow design, and process automation to improve efficiency and scalability.
    • Identify inefficiencies across teams and drive solutions that enhance speed, quality, and measurable outcomes.
    • Requirements:

      • 6+ years of experience in operations, project management, organizational coordination, or a related field.
      • Proven experience managing teams or leading cross-functional workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
      • Strong ability to align sales and program operations, ensuring smooth communication and execution across departments.
      • Demonstrated success in building, scaling, and documenting operational systems and processes.
      • Excellent communication skills, with strong stakeholder management and consistent follow-through.
      • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines.
      • Proficiency with tools such as Notion, Google Drive, and Airtable, with adaptability to quickly learn new systems.
      • Detail-oriented, structured, and solutions-driven working style with strong ownership mentality.
