Accountabilities:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets and increase market presence within the assigned territory.
    • Identify, prospect, and onboard new B2B partners, including tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, and online travel agencies.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing partners.
    • Manage an assigned portfolio of accounts, providing first-level support and ensuring partner satisfaction.
    • Deliver product training and guidance to partners, helping them maximize the value of available solutions.
    • Identify opportunities to improve collaboration, increase revenue, and strengthen partner engagement.
    • Negotiate, prepare, and manage commercial agreements, including documentation processes and technical implementation requirements.
    • Monitor compliance with commercial terms, including partner payment processes and contractual conditions.
    • Develop API partnerships with potential and existing clients.
    • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and industry trends.
    • Maintain accurate reporting through CRM and internal systems.
    • Travel approximately 50% of the time for client meetings, industry events, and business development activities.
    • Requirements:

      • Minimum of 2 years of successful experience managing the full B2B sales cycle, preferably within the travel industry.
      • Experience in business development, account management, and partnership growth.
      • Strong understanding of the Brazilian travel market, including travel agencies, tour operators, travel management companies, and online travel platforms.
      • Fluent English communication skills.
      • Availability to travel up to 50% of the time.
      • Strong analytical skills with experience using data, metrics, and business insights to guide decisions.
      • Results-oriented, proactive, ambitious, and comfortable working in a fast-changing technology environment.
      • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
      • International mindset and ability to collaborate effectively across different cultures and markets.
      • Experience with API-based commercial partnerships or technology integrations is considered an advantage.
